The 4% burn fee can never be changed to a different amount: all authorities over the $CWIF contract were revoked on day one. The fee applies to every DEX buy, DEX sell, and wallet transfer. No more $CWIF can be minted. There is no single burn wallet; Solana Token Extensions handle the burn through individual token accounts. While many cryptocurrencies increase their supplies over time, $CWIF reduces its supply as more transactions take place.
Since all contract authorities were revoked day 1 of the project, the burn is built into the contract forever.
